How we meet
All sessions take place online via secure video call — from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Online therapy is flexible, accessible, and means you can access support wherever you are in the UK without the need to travel.

A free 15-minute call to talk through what has brought you here and whether working together feels right. No commitment required.
Free50 minutes via secure video call. Sessions are typically weekly, though we can discuss a rhythm that works for you.
Reduced-fee places for those on low incomes, students, and those receiving benefits. Please ask when you get in touch.
Payment is due at the time of each session. 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
